Customer Booking Agreement - please read:

Thank you for using the Classic British Hotels online booking service. By using the online booking service you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms & Conditions which form the basis of your contract with Classic British Hotels.

Prices are per room per night, priced in GBP£ & include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate at the time a payment is made (no VAT payable in the Channel Islands).

Credit/Debit card deposits: bookings made via the Classic British Hotels website must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card. A deposit of 11.5% of the total booking value will automatically be deducted from your credit or debit card at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.

Cancelling Your Reservation: Your deposit will be refunded in full should you wish to cancel your booking within the cancellation period, with the exception of Advance Purchase Rate bookings and where it is otherwise stated. If you cancel outside the allowed cancellation period, or do not turn up at the hotel, there is a Cancellation Charge equivalent to the total cost of the first night's booking value unless otherwise stated.
